Following several years of public discontent about proposed projects in San Antonio’s most historic and prominent park, Work5hop (in conjunction with Ford, Powell & Carson) led an effort to create a vision for potential development in the park.
Through a series of stakeholder committee meetings and public engagement sessions, our team was able to gradually build a consensus regarding the importance of different facets of the park and established a new process for scoping, review and implementation of future projects in the park.
