In San Antonio's historic River Road neighborhood, our team completed a home renovation of this 1940s up-and-down duplex. In the intervening years, multiple additions have previously been made to the house, including a double-height screened patio that entirely masked the original front facade. Demolition of this portion, alongside significant landscape improvements to the front yard and expansive new windows, allowed the historic character of the building to shine alongside the expanded living areas.
