Hallmark University faced a turning point: strong growth had forced the university to evaluate its existing campus and pursue options for additional space. Work5hop worked with Facility Programming & Consulting to develop a campus plan which incorporated adjacent property and new facilities to create a vision for what their existing campus could become.
Together with space projections, projected costs and an analysis of the potential for renovating an existing hotel for campus housing, the firms’ work helped Hallmark University chart the optimal future course for the university.
