This master plan for Brackenridge Park included meeting with stakeholders in and around the park—including various museums and other attractions, private owners of adjacent property and businesses, and area neighborhood groups—as well as completing base mapping and site analysis, which will support future planning work. The work integrated multiple city planning efforts, including neighborhood plans, zone-based redevelopment plans, and the city’s ongoing development code changes.
